In this case, the Client is the data controller and Jarvi is the processor acting on behalf of and for the Client.
Jarvi is not a recruitment agency. We only provide talent acquisition technology to our Clients as well as our Services for your benefit as mentioned above.
Since Jarvi offers you real choice and control over the use of your Personal Data and aims to build a relationship of trust with you, your consent is the legitimate basis for processing your Personal Data.
